As an “insider researcher” with extensive experience in Jewish communal leadership, the researcher maintains a commitment to reflexivity and ethical transparency. To maintain strict ethical boundaries and mitigate potential bias, no families from the researcher’s own school will participate in this study.

Strategies such as reflexive journaling, pilot testing, member checks, and the maintenance of a detailed audit trail are implemented to ensure that the researcher's professional background serves as an "insider lens" without compromising the objectivity of the data.
